The OAI Complete Program is designed with a specific progression to take you through dynamic and static rotational and postural control exercises while simultaneously transforming your mechanics to a biomechanically efficient model. Every exercise was specifically chosen to increase usable range of motion and excursion of your tissues to allow you to throw as hard as they potentially can while simultaneously allowing you to more easily transition through the phases of the throwing motion. The only modifiable physiological adaptation that can be made to throw harder is improving the usable excursion of your tissues with postural control combined with biomechanical efficiency is the true equation for velocity. This is combined with a one of a kind throwing program which uses specific static positioning to alter how you accelerate the ball and apply stress to your arm. We also include 12 weeks of rotator cuff strengthening with advanced progressions to ensure safety and longevity of your career. We have designed this program to be effective and difficult and if you are not prepared for hard work this program isn’t for you.
