Dominic Mora, DPT, PES, is a group instructor and biomechanics specialist at the Overhead Athletic Institute. A former collegiate baseball player, Dom competed at the junior college level for both Macomb Community College and St. Clair County Community College. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from Wayne State University before going on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
With experience coaching athletes across a wide range of ages and skill levels, Dom integrates principles of sport science and biomechanics into the development of youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. His background in exercise science, rehabilitation, and performance training allows him to deliver evidence-based instruction focused on movement efficiency, athletic development, and throwing performance.
